Lighthouse Delicatessen is the newest collaboration of the same Four Friends that opened its neighbor, Lighthouse Liquors, in 2009. Local Yoga instructor Bobby Hoyt, carpentry guru Rick Klaus, chef & manager Chris Scelza and marketing maven Marci Elizondo have come together as wine makers, bartenders, cooks, woodworking artists, restaurant managers, and PR pros - and lovers of the delectable foods proudly served at Lighthouse Delicatessen.
